These terms govern your use of the OningIQ website and platform, provided by Oning Media Solutions Private Limited (“OningIQ”). By accessing the service you agree to these terms. A signed order form or service agreement with your institution, where one exists, takes precedence over this summary.

• You may use OningIQ only for lawful, authorised institutional purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

Your institution retains ownership of the data it enters into OningIQ. We process that data to provide the service in line with our privacy policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the data you provide.

Pricing, billing cycle and the scope of your subscription are set out in your order form or invoice. Fees are payable as agreed. Applicable taxes (including GST) are charged in addition.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Planned maintenance and support terms are as communicated to your institution.

To the extent permitted by law, OningIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of India.
