What's included in the price?
Everything in the box — Parent, Teacher and Admin apps, student management, attendance, fees, homework, notices, exams & results, timetable, admissions & enquiries, reports, cloud hosting and support. You only pay more as your school grows past a size band, never to unlock a feature.
What's billed separately?
Usage you'd pay anyway — WhatsApp/SMS (to your provider) and payment-gateway charges — plus optional extras like full setup & training, a school-branded app, biometric/RFID/GPS integrations, custom report-card formats and heavy video hosting. Data migration is always free. Keeping the rest separate is what keeps your base price simple.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is preferred — pay for the year and get 2 months free (you pay for 10 months, use 12). Monthly billing is available too.
Is GST included?
No — all prices are exclusive of GST, charged as applicable.
What if my student count grows past a band?
You simply move to the next size band and we'll let you know. Every feature stays included — you never lose functionality as you grow.
Do you take a cut of our fees or messages?
No. Payment-gateway and SMS/WhatsApp charges go to those providers directly — OningIQ adds no premium on top.
Can I try it first?

Is data migration free?
Yes — always, on every plan. We import your students, staff, fee structures and historical balances from your old software or spreadsheets at no cost, and most schools go live in about a week.
Is setup included?
